In combination with side dishes of pork, polenta with important seasonings, cheeses, smoked meats and anyway it goes well the Parmesan cuisine.

The PdP is a beer barley malt, the wort is produced in the brewing Chamber with the traditional technique of the infusion.

The hopping is done with aromatic hops in stages.


Alcohol content: 6.9% ABV
