Superior category olive oil produced by the company oil Coppini in contrada Strasatto of
Castelvetrano (TP). Obtained from Italian cultivar, harvested by hand and/or mechanically respecting
the integrity of the fruit, and pressed on site within 48 hours of harvesting.
Cold extraction: extraction temperature lower than 27° C means less coverage,
but higher quality, because you keep unchanged the precious organoleptic and
nutrition facts of extra virgin olive oil.
The Certificationof supply-chain traceability ensures the tracebility from the olive grove to the mill,
bottled until it reaches your table.
