the integrity of the fruit and franti within 36 hours of the harvest.
The seasoning is obtained by pressing olives and tangerines simultaneously.
The station is made by the method of centrifugation with decanter.
This technique and the absence of any form of high-temperature treatment, contribute
to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
