Alois is considered one of the best Austrian distillers and the world, but is especially known as one of the greatest experts of vinegar. Produces pure natural products from natural fermentation of the fruit itself unlike industrial products. These Vinegars have a high concentration of minerals, extracts, natural acidity and aromas that combined make for a delicious taste. Vinegars are aged in oak barrels.
The fruit comes in part from the orchards and other crops that they always follow organic farming. I also used old varieties especially for the production of Apple Cider vinegar and pears. It was also the first to produce a tomato vinegar.
