Olearia Coppini Pate capers and almonds

Variant of an old peasant of Pantelleria capers, pesto is a combination of almond and caper, combined with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper just blended together for a fresh and delicate taste. In preparation are not used or additives or preservatives, or artificial flavourings of any kind.
Great for appetizers, bread, bruschetta, crostini, makes tasty fresh tomato sauces, try it with the rice salad, but especially to accompany grilled fish or red meat.
