Acacia honey is arguably the most known and loved among the Italian honeys. It is appreciated for its vivid color, almost transparent, for its flavor sweet and tasty and the fact that you keep of course always fluid.

Our honey is produced in pristine forests Roero and Monferrato where the plant grows lush and in May is covered with fragrant white flowers from which flows a precious nectar that bees collect with great avidity and become excellent honey.

Due to its characteristics the acacia honey can have various uses and as table honey, how very good sweetener, for the preparation of cakes and in combination with different types of cheeses (especially goat and cow's milk ricotta, mascarpone and blue cheese) or with yogurt.
