The honey, despite being one of the finest honeys produced in Italy, is oddly enough still little known by the general public. Yet the sulla honey would have all the features for pleasure, as well as the more famous honeys like acacia and orange. Moreover with these two honeys has several properties in common: the light colour, taste sweet, delicate aroma.

It is a honey that crystallizes spontaneously, forming a creamy mass of fine crystals. For this reason, it is particularly suitable to be smeared. The taste is fresh and delicate, with a pronounced floral accent.
