Grappa monovitigno intense scent of considerable sensory impact with a very harmonious taste sensation. Obtained by distilling Marc of discontinuous in a water bath of Gewürztraminer, is left to refine for at least 36 months in small oak casks holding 1000 litres, during which the master distiller is closely monitoring the evolution of the blend, verifying hints and herbs, until achieving a unique balance.
