Grappa monovitigno fine and elegant bouquet and intense flavor and dry. Distilled from grape Marc bath Chardonnay in discontinuous, matured for at least 36 months in small oak barrels of 225 litres, during which the master distiller is closely monitoring the evolution of the blend, verifying hints and herbs, until achieving a unique balance.
