The Bargnolino, or more commonly in Italian Prunella, is a liqueur from the high alcohol, obtained from the infusion of Blackthorn berries, also known as pruno spino (piacentino:bargnò), shrub typical of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
The Liquor is a solution of alcohol, sugarand water, prepared hot or cold, flavored with extracts of vegetable origin.
