Rum El Dorado Demerara-12 Years Old-Guyana

Guyana is one of the last unspoilt countries covered almost entirely from the virgin forest of the Amazon. It is crossed by the rio Demerara, on whose shores is grown the variety of sugar cane which is considered the best in the world and is used for the generation of Guyanese Demerara sugar and rum.

It is thanks to this outstanding raw material that Demerara rum are considered a separate category in the world of rum. The Demerara Distillers, founded in 1770, is the only producer of rum, Demerara.

We are talking about a completely different rum in style, who conferred the unique versatility in El Dorado world champion in Barbados.
Amber color, toasty notes of leather and wood, round palate, mature and full body, with strong notes of fruit, tobacco and citrus.
