This whiskey after spending 10 years in bourbon casks, passes other 2 years
in Oloroso sherry casks.
This method makes it "sherry over," as opposed to "seasoned", sherry
which means that it is not really suitable for comparisons with other types of similar age.
The scent is evident of sherry, dried fruit and caramel.
