This rum is the art of knowing how to select the best barrels of Venezuelan Reserves Exclusive of Ron. The body is balanced in an extraordinary way, thanks to an artisan process of distillation of sugarcane, in ancient alembics.
The distillery that produces Diplomat is Distilerias Unidas (DUSA), located in the town of La Miel, in the State of Lara.
The uniqueness of a diplomat in the latino world is to be a blend of completely different types of Ron, from raw material to ferment the distillation. The mixture of these different rones is the nature of the diplomatic corps.
Here in fact produces the 80% of the entire Venezuelan. The DUSA has sugar cane plantations and produces its own, from which molasses of properties. Uses several varieties of canna, Venezuela, the Central Romana and Canal Point, and the harvest is done between November and March.
The unique feature is that the extracted juice is produced both molasses is pure cane juice concentrate.
The blend that makes up Ron 80% well formed by the Diplomat Reserva Exclusiva from heavy Rum from Pot Still and only 20% is still a column.
Aging is American white oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
