Our pepperoni, "Low"can be compared visually to Felino salami,

but the sensory difference is fundamental.
In fact it is made with pork loin and the Tenderloin in one piece, and with the excellent trimmings of all noble cuts mean pig culatello, fiocchetti, Cup and shoulder.
Stuffed with great care in natural gut of pig, with red wine, very little traditional spices and garlic with peppercorns, seasoned in our cellars is long so as to acquire its typical delicacy that distinguishes.

Its average weight is a little over the .5 kg.
