Black foam, or "sinks" as it was once, could be considered the "mother" of chinotto.
In the case of this drink we opted to use the tradition that included, on the basis of citrusy bitter orange, rhubarb root (but only the pink fraction) and infused with orange zest and vanilla. Of course, no colouring or preservatives.
Ingredients: water, sugar, lemon juice, natural plant extracts,
Caramelized sugar, carbon dioxide.
